Monday Morning Mindful Movement is all about applying the Foundations of Flow, slowing things down so your body can actually feel what it’s doing, where it is, and how it moves.
Through simple postures, steady breathwork, and smooth, breath-led transitions, we’ll wake up the body from the inside out, cultivating awareness, stability, balance, and strength that carry you through the rest of your day.

Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement is a way of intentionally tuning into the present moment for physiological, neurological, mental, and emotional benefit, all to honor the Holy Spirit who dwells within. It is a way to recharge and realign the body with its purpose. When awareness is brought to breath and movement, the body is recalibrated.
The body is a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19). We are called to steward these human vessels well. Just as a vehicle needs care to function well, the human body requires maintenance, including strengthening, stretching, breathing, and rest, to carry out its purpose.
Science continues to affirm what has long been known through lived experience and faith: healing is OURS.
Guided by the Holy Spirit, rooted in the Word, and fueled by a commitment to serve, we offer Mindful Movement as a recalibration tool used for healing, growth, and union with God.
